What You’ll Do as VP of InvestmentSales

As a Vice President, you won’t just be chasing leads — you’ll lead the charge. You’ll operate as a full-service outsourced investment sales advisor, supported by our centralized underwriting, marketing, and AI platform.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Executing full-cycle investment sales across targeted U.S. markets
  • Leveraging company-provided leads    
  • Managing campaigns and conducting outreach to property owners.
  • Building relationships with brokers, owners, sellers, and institutional investors
  • Leading deal execution from discovery to close
  • Representing Offerd’s values, brand, and vision for a new brokerage future

What You Bring

  • 2+ years experience in CRE brokerage, investment sales, or acquisitions
  • Track record of successful deal-making
  • Licensed real estate agent in at least one U.S. state (or willing to obtain)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong analytical, relationship, and communication skills
